All Thankly Orders can be tracked via your Account Page. If you checked out as a Guest, orders can be tracked using the link in your order confirmation email.
Standard Delivery
We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders Australia-wide.
Express Delivery
If Express Delivery is available for your order, it will be offered as a delivery option on the checkout page.
Express deliveries take 1 –3 business days to arrive for customers in Metro areas and 2 – 4 business days for customers in WA, NT and regional areas across the country.
Special Note about Thankly GIFTS containing alcohol
For orders containing alcohol, we are unable to deliver to the following locations under Australian State and Territory Laws. The delivery of alcohol to the following referenced postcodes is prohibited. Orders for delivery into the Restricted Areas will be cancelled and any payment made refunded.
